"This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn, everything is of a good basic 4☆ standard. Everything you need, staff are all nice and very efficient, location is good, it is a ten minute walk to a metro station, and the beijing underground is excellent, and very easy to use. "Had to pay for an upgrade of room on arrival as they had allocated me the worst possible room they had without any windows on third floor. They wouldn't give me a receipt for the extra 720 Yuans I paid so it obviously went straight in their pocket. Communication was difficult, but is like that in China generally. "The room is dirty, and the hotel is far from the metro station.. At least it takes 15mins to reach to the hotel.. And you will probably lost due to there is no proper signboard nor map to reach to the hotel. The area is terrible, bad smells and obviously inconvenience for travellers with baggage."
