"We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We stayed at a Suite, and our friends did too. We were picked up at the airport right after coming out of our flight by the hotel person, and he went with us to get the luggage, and then to the van that transported us to the hotel. We've never experienced this, because usually the person from the hotel is waiting for us outside, after we pick up the luggage. That's how we got started with this hotel: "Impecable Professionalism". My husband called it: "mind -boggling" and "unexpected surprise". After traveling around the world from the very best hotels in Dubai to Singapore, we are pleased to say that the service, food quality, professionalism, and beauty that we experienced in this hotel completely changed our perspective about what a 5 star hotel really should be. Additionally, they've had a Michelin Star restaurant for the past few years, which lives up to its title. The chef there really cares about the guests liking the food that he cooks. Thanks to the team at the Lounge for their AMAZING service and details, thanks to the chefs, thanks to incredible housekeeping, and SPECIAL THANKS to Jeff, the Manager of this hotel, because his leadership was evident within all the staff.
