"A very comfy bed. A few big cobwebs around, but that didn't bother me. We would however liked to of have tea bags, sugar, milk etc available. All we had was coffee pods for the coffee machine, nothing else as an option. Cooked breakfast wasn't great, ran out of items, and a £5 surcharge for anything else cooked other than porridge or full English. Continental was nice! Staff were very friendly, and the building is beautiful. Location fantastic. Right opposite the grand central. "

One night business stay

"Stayed one night on business. Room very nice and clean. Good shower but the screen is too small , so the bathroom floor gets flooded. Nice staff very pleasant to deal with. Rooftop bar is very nice. Would definitely stay here again. "
