On two occasions I had to call security because of the noise until almost midnight. One night the fire alarm went off at 3am. There were no amenities other than a hair dryer. "We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."

"They never cleaned our room during our 5 night stay. The breakfast costs money and literally only consists of muffins. And our room was in a basement area 6 flights of stairs down with no elevator"
