"The staff is the best gem of the hotel. Omar delighted our stay with excellent service and assistance. The bell boy will immediately come to assistance from the moment you get off the taxi and they help you with luggage no matter at what hour of the day. We arrived early from the cruise and Erhan tried his best to get our room ready in 30 minutes which was truly impressive. Breakfast is good and the food of the on site restaurant was delicious too. The Turkish bath is a must. Only criticism was the air conditioning. The temperature was fixed and couldn't be adjusted which made it quite hot to stay in the room. "

" A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Istanbul! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saba Sultan! The location couldn’t be more ideal—just a short, easy walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and many other major attractions in the Sultanahmet area. It made exploring the historic heart of Istanbul incredibly convenient. The free breakfast was a great start to each day—delicious, varied, and served with a smile by the friendly and cooperative kitchen staff. The rooms were spotless, the Wi-Fi was strong, and everything felt well-maintained and clean throughout our stay. A special thanks to Omer at the front desk—he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist us in arranging multiple "cruise" and offering great local tips. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. Overall, we were very impressed by the hospitality of the entire team and would definitely recommend Hotel Saba Sultan to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great value, comfort, and service in a truly unbeatable location!"
