"It’s a great location, and for that the hotel is a fine value. But there were some disappointing issues. There was a general lack of care and maintenance: my room was dirty with scuffs and marks on the walls, the shower was missing a drain, the common areas often smelled like cigarettes, etc. The wifi was also slow and spotty to the point where it was unusable. There might be better options in the area, even for budget travelers. "

"The hotel was located close to places of interests. Rooftop restaurant breakfast came with breathtaking views. The staff were helpful with excursions. The only rooms available were the basement ones, I'd highly recommend others to opt for 2nd floor upwards ones, ours smelt musty and shook each time the train went by. "

When I told the front desk that my boyfriend was arriving the guy at the front desk asked me if we were married. I said no and he said my boyfriend could not join me in my room unless we were married. There was nothing in the reservation rules that indicated that guests had to be married if staying in the same room. This should have been made...
