"The quality of this hotel is great and compared to the best hotels in US or Europe it would be considered a four star hotel. But where it excels above those hotels is the quality of service. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are treated like royalty! The only downside to the room was they kept the room very hot in preparation for our arrival and even when we shut it off we had to open the windows to cool down. But we were only here for a layover and if we had told the staff they would have addressed it promptly. Also, you should take advantage of their spa services and I wish I did this but you need to book in advance. If you are looking for a great stay don’t just take my word look at all of all the great reviews it has received and decide to stay with this hotel when in Istanbul. I know we will next time we visit! "
