"House is exactly like the pictures. Kids loved the game room, bonfire pit, and fishing off the dock (caught a couple of big ones). Would highly recommend."

"Our family loves visits to the Florida beaches and this was our first visit to Marco Island. While there is a nice beach here we had a hard time leaving this property. The inviting pool and the private pickleball/tennis court provided many hours of enjoyment for our family. The house is exactly as described and the owner was very easy to correspond with during our stay. We hope to return here."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Manor! It was exactly as shown … clean, everything we needed, plenty of space, great bathrooms/showers and comfortable beds. The lanai and pool were our favorite areas to hang out! The area was so quiet and peaceful we never saw anyone else while we were there. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, coolers umbrella and wagon. We never walked to the beach but it was a quick drive away. I went on daily walks on the beach and walked for that but we didn’t...

"Very spacious house for 2 grandparents, a couple and kids 5 and 8. Everything was easy. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus that there there was coffee for the first morning, spices and other basics. The pool was a great size, warm and cleaned every Thursday. And the playground and amenities at Mackle Park next door were really great. The office had a Murphy bed which was useful when the kids had to be separated. "Perfect vacation! We had perfect weather. We loved spending time on the beach and in the pool. The house was clean and close to the beach. No complaints! "

"I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside....

"A beautiful home with modern furnishings. We absolutely loved the pool and spa and spent most of our time outside enjoying it. The bbq area was a joy to have as well. Everything is up to date and the kitchen is fully stocked. One note, make sure you know how to stream on the TV as there is no cable option. Cannot wait to go back as we are already booked again."

Plenty of outdoor seating and extras in the garage made it easy for a quick trip to the beach. I definitely recommend this home and the Marco Island Vacation Rentals was very easy to deal with. "Would highly recommend this property! Our family enjoyed 10 days in paradise here. Quick drive to the beach & shops and very convenient having the pool right out back with the kids. House was clean and has pretty much everything you need included, little things can be purchased from the grocery store which is conveniently located a few miles from the house.
