"The place was clean and set up quite nicely. We were able to enjoy riding to town for Coffee in the Golf cart. Brother in law and Sister in law were staying on Genoa, a short walk away so it was nice to be so close. We didn’t go to the community pool, but it was nice to know that was an option. Would stay here again for sure. "

"This was our first time staying on Goodland. This home was super clean, well managed and had everything we could need. Beds were super comfortable. The tiny screened in porch was nice to be outside without bugs! We rented kayaks and took them out each morning to go check out the surrounding islands. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. We rented a boat (from Dolphin Cove Marina) so made great use of the dock. We brought our dog which is always nice when possible. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance which is something I personally love. The house was also exceptionally clean when we arrived. "

"The pool and grounds at this property are fantastic--colored lights in the pool, waterfall. The house is spacious. We could have used a welcome manual as to how to use the house; lots of special effects. Beds were comfortable and showers nice. The house needs luggage racks and bedside connection to recharge devices. Kitchen cooking utensils are minimal/inadequate. The owner is next door and gracious in helping us with a couple items we needed. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Naples...

"Stayed here with my daughter to see watch the lunar eclipse. We wanted somewhere dark and this was perfect. The cottage looks just like the pictures. Super clean, very comfortable, nice big shower (loved the rain shower head). Kitchen has the necessities for cooking. Very nice. We had a question and the owner got back to us right away. Great cottage, would definitely stay here again."
