"The comfort of the place is rudimentary but the experience is very special. To stay in a chickee in the middle of the Everglades for a night is an amazing experience. No windows, only the screens for the mosquitoes. No locks on the doors. Shared batroom. Listening to the sounds of the wildlife during the night, waking up with the sunrise is so nice! "

"Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay! Heated pool, 2 dedicated pickle ball courts directly behind building, ample parking available, very short walk across the street to South Beach. Tremendous shelling at the rock jetty about 5 minutes going to left once on beach ! Prefer to have daily house keeping services such as new towels, make bed, provide toiletries (shampoo,conditioner) Bathroom shower could use safety bar to hold onto. Weak water flow in kitchen. "

"Very spacious house for 2 grandparents, a couple and kids 5 and 8. Everything was easy. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus that there there was coffee for the first morning, spices and other basics. The pool was a great size, warm and cleaned every Thursday. And the playground and amenities at Mackle Park next door were really great. The office had a Murphy bed which was useful when the kids had to be separated.
