"Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But...

"This was our first time staying on Goodland. This home was super clean, well managed and had everything we could need. Beds were super comfortable. The tiny screened in porch was nice to be outside without bugs! We rented kayaks and took them out each morning to go check out the surrounding islands. Would definitely stay here again."

"We did a quick weekend trip to Goodland for the Annual Naples Humane Society’s Benefit @ Stan’s Idle Hour. Perfect location for us! Close to Marco Island for shopping. Four local restaurants (non chain) rightly the island with good food & entertainment!"
