"The staff was quite welcoming and friendly. They were most helpful with airport transportation and recommendations for great area restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Lisboa Carmo hotel again if we return to Lisbon. The rooms were quite nice and well appointed. The only negative was we had difficulty regulating the hot water in the shower for whatever reason."
