"This was our second time staying here, and we are already looking forward to staying here again! The updates the bar are beautiful and it was such a treat to visit during the holiday season - the hotel was so festive. Great service, as always, and walkable from our show and from lunch/dinner. "Walking up to the property coming from the train was a journey but once you get the idea of how convenient the train, trolley or Uber is it makes everything go smoothly. The hotel is situated in a great spot located downtown, next to Reading Station ( a galore of places to find food ( now honestly you have to be careful cause everything is not that good- the ice cream next by the soul Food spot is AMAZING, even the soul food spot is crazy( good) lines are long though and that should tell you something ! Once we came in to the hotel of course the policy is no check ins until 3pm but the staff generously offer to hold your bags with tags on them for when you return if you decide to leave and explore Philadelphia. Check in was smooth . Rooms were cool . Nothing too crazy. But when I tell you these 4 individuals makes your stay enjoyable . Tatianna, I believe Sara. The fire bar tender Samir and the amazing Angela!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I tell you hospitality at its finest- made the stay especially amazing because she informed us of all transportation, the area, where not to go , how to get some place , the AMAZING food spots. These individuals are what made the stay even better!!"

"The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "
