"Sam WAS AMAZING!!!! I am only coming back to Windsor because of her. She made our stay enjoyable and fun! My husband and I said we will make this our monthly 'staycation' because of her hospitality. I appreciated anyone and everyone we came in contact with, from the parking garage to the front desk and room service. This is by far my favorite experience in Philadelphia. "Charged resort fee but pool & pool deck are closed until May 19. Stayed at this hotel last year, 5/10/24, & pool deck was open. Otherwise everything was good, even improved from last year"
