"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "This comfy apart hotel was comfy and homey. The owner is a talented fotographer and her work was all over the property from beautiful sites from Ibiza . The wrap around terrace with dining table was so nice. We had the most amazing stay. Cliffs and beaches very close. Bus stop for airport and more directly across the street. Some areas have modern touches but much of the hotel is still old fashioned and basic. Also, was rather disappointed that the vast majority of rooms have a window, not a balcony. "We stayed just one night on our way through to a different area on the island and weren't sure what to expect from the star rating however the staff couldn't have been more lovely.
