The wrap around terrace with dining table was so nice. We had the most amazing stay. Cliffs and beaches very close. Bus stop for airport and more directly across the street. "My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "We stayed just one night on our way through to a different area on the island and weren't sure what to expect from the star rating however the staff couldn't have been more lovely. We had a shocking journey over from UK with a flight delayed several hours and huge delay collecting our car hire meaning we didn't arrive until after 1am and with two very tired young children in tow we were struggling to park nearby. "Liked the food & drink choices. Hotel provides snacks ( sandwich, burgers, french fries) in addition to breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Pool area tanning chairs need daily proper cleaning due to many customers."

"Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again. "
