"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids. The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay. We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."

"Enjoyed the stay for a nice chilled holiday in Es Canar. Stone throw away from beach and good restaurants. It is classed as 2 star hotel but i wouldn't fault it . Very good breakfast in with price. The lunch menu was standard fayre but was lovely and so reasonable. Good standards all round"
