"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. "Super clean, incredibly helpful staff, super efficient and friendly - gave me lots of extra pillows on arrival on request. Valentina the events organiser was absolutely amazing at her job making everyone feel so welcome, so warm and friendly, and that nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay ‘super special’ with activities ranging from table tennis & water aerobics, The food was Amazing -fresh, diverse menus, lovely environment, very welcoming. Would have been great to have had water available at the evening meal. A few inconsiderate guests played their own music very loud around the pool and there was a particularly noisy, high spirited, drunk guy. This holiday destination is an absolute gem! A real treat! - made to feel so welcome & super Special! Thank you so much! x"

"I enjoyed my stay here very much. The hotel rooms, lobby, bar, pool were excellent. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Figuretes and the Old Town. I didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that. I would definitely recommend. "

"We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back."
