"the property was very neat and clean and staff were lovely, specially cleaning staff who did a great job with the rooms. Spacious room which had a separate kitchenette area. "My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care.
