"We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. "Nice property, very clean, lovely food, stunning roof top terrace and great location! However, don’t be mislead with the word Boutique in the hotel name - it isn’t! Some areas have modern touches but much of the hotel is still old fashioned and basic. Also, was rather disappointed that the vast majority of rooms have a window, not a balcony. There was no mention of this or option to book a balcony prior to arrival. In all my years of travel, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a beach hotel...

"The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids. The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay. We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."

"We had a lovely holiday in Es Canar and the hotel was well located near where the airport bus leaves you, restaurants and the beach. The room had a great sea view, basic furniture and was clean. The facilities like swimming pool were great with a bar service. The staff were very friendly. Overall we liked the hotel but there are a couple of things we didn't enjoy such as the hard bed and the fact you could hear your next door room's conversations and TV. "

"This comfy apart hotel was comfy and homey. The owner is a talented fotographer and her work was all over the property from beautiful sites from Ibiza . The wrap around terrace with dining table was so nice. We had the most amazing stay. Cliffs and beaches very close. Bus stop for airport and more directly across the street. Can’t say enough good about this place. "
