"We had a lovely stay at The Imperial Hotel. The room was spacious and lovely, with sea views and a balcony. We couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a huge choice. To top it all, the weather was sunny and mild even though it was mid January! Loved it!"

"Very good experience with this hotel, staff were very pleasant and friendly. We booked an accessible room which had excellent facilities for those who are not so mobile. Breakfast was a buffet, and was very good overall. Only slight negative was we both found the pillows on the bed a little uncomfortable, and would have preferred a choice"

"We enjoyed an excellent short break at the Redcliffe Hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our two dogs and the room was perfect for our needs (although the sea view room was not available as it wasn't one of their pet friendly rooms but they found us a great alternative). Lovely pool area too which the kids loved and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back for another stay. "

"A very well located hotel to the beach and train station. A nice little clean swimming pool with great availability. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The evening entertainment was fun. All in all, especially considering the relative price for the location, there's a lot going on for what appears a modest hotel."

"Its a lovely spot on the sea front. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. Didn't realise that you had to pay for parking on top of the price. Possibly didn't read everything properly. "

"Lovely property, easy check-in and the staff were very helpful. Food was fantastic with the best yorkshire pudding i've ever had. Nice and peaceful room, a little on the hot side with no way to turn it down but with the window open, no issue. "

"Woww is all i can i say about our stay. We had a fabulous night. Peter was just the best host ever. He has a wonderful caring nature and really delivered a wonderful experience. The hotel is gorgeous and probably the best comfortable room we have ever stayed in. To top it all off the breakfast was astounding with a huge selection of continental fare. My cooked English breakfast was beautiful as was my wife's eggs royale. I am so pleased we have found this gem of a place and plan to visit...

"Basic, Value for Money Bed and Breakfast Accommodation This is a very good basic, value for money B&B yet it is not a hotel as advertised as amongst other missing hotel amenities it does not have a bar or restaurant serving anything other than breakfast. On my stay, on a cold autumn night, the heating was not turned on until the early morning, and the bedding was damp and cold with the feeling that they had just come out of the washing machine and I could not connect the Wi-Fi.
