"Ideal location. Room was clean, however decor throughout the hotel is very dated. Reception quite slow although friendly. A couple of items asked for at the bar and restaurant were not available! However, I would stay there again. "

"We had a great stay at The Osborne hotel for New Year’s Eve, the location was perfect on the beach & a short (taxi ride) into town for dinner. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly & breakfast was good. The inside pool area was a little tired but I understand they were due to close for two months for some painting/refurb works. Would definitely go back, the children loved it"

"Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"
