Not a bad stay, we can see they are trying to improve the hotel and it’s been cleaned in areas. The negative the pillows are somewhat questionable !! Take your own as they are not nice. They could do with a lamp in the room and better heating as we stayed in February and the hearting was off. They only put it on as we got there but was still cold in the room. The bathroom shower could do with being cleaned better or a new shower head as it was not the best. For a double room it was very small. Must a bed large furniture I would say too large for the room and no chairs to sit on.

It was £19 for a bed when I got stranded, so it lives up to the price. Check in was handy as its all self service so you just type in a code to the building and a code for the room. Room wasn't in a great condition with what I hope wasn't blood and a scotch mark on the floor, but the bed was comfy. Bathroom had a terrible smell, couldn't place it but somewhere between rotting plastic and your nans house. You get toilettes and a hand towel to wash with but I couldn't for the life of me find the bathroom light. The shaving light and light above the bed were also broken. Loud guests but that was kind of expected and luck of the draw Parking was convenient though.

Basic hotel at a cheap price. Just nicely out of the centre so it is quiet on a nightime. I have stopped before and I will be stopping again as it is handy when I am working in the area.

Property just across the road from sea easy access, parking which is a big help. Friendly staff very helpful. Overall our experience was good all round. We will book again when visiting Paignton.

Absolutely disgusting
I checked in and checked straight out. The hotel was dangerous, very poorly maintained and unhygienic. I'm currently pursuing a complaint and claim for refund with the company and have made a complaint to trading standards. Please don't book it.

Never stayed at this hotel it was full of druggies and homeless people room had poo over bathroom door wires hanging from ceiling wall were all dirty , had to pay for another hotel not happy has this was a birthday present, would like my money back please got videos and receipts from other hotel we stayed in

Not good for lone females. Front desk is remote this should be made clear at booking time. The place looks run down and scary. TV was not working, no aircon but probably matches the price. There were no teaspoons in the room. Sorry to say but would book this ir recommend as a last reason. I was in room 21 been scratching since not sure if the bed is infested.

The most awful hotel i habe ever seen. I checkes back out within 10.minutes of arriving. Dirty everything from.floor to walls. Toilet use, bed slept in and hiddeous stains on floor walls shower.

There was no reception at the hotel so I have to call to agent for everything. The lift was not working and it seems it’s been in this condition for long since I saw spider nets on the lift doors. They put only two pillows in the couple/double room. Found a broken cup on the tray. In the toilet hand wash refills were empty,

With No reception or staff, the place is a hig security risk as the main doors are open to public from the beach front all night. Room next door argued all night and no one to tell them to be reasonable. I will nevr go back again
