"The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and the younger boys loved the bunk bed room (especially the tv in their room). The town centre is easily accessible from the house and so is open walking space. Lovely beaches within easy reach and breakfast or lunch at the Guardhouse Café on Berry Head is a must. The owner was great. Fantastic communication and a lovely selection of goodies on arrival. Highly recommended this property."

"Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages."

"What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again ."

"Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

"We had the most fantastic time, the house is just perfect, has everything you need and more, although no parking, we found it easy to unload and park the car in a back street at the top of the steps. The house is so central, that once the car is parked, you can walk everywhere or get the bus for the bus station, which we did to Dartmouth. Is this property is available you should run not walk to book it up."

"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "The sea views from the cottage are amazing (including watching the seals) - Hope Cove is a charming coastal village. We're glad we went out of holiday season though as traffic and the tiny roads must be a struggle in season. Great to have our own parking outside Starboard. The village seems to be largely second homes/holiday cottages but its picturesque. We recommend 'The Cove' for food, coffee etc. The cottage has character and was spacious for us 2 - high ceilings/large mirrors helped that. ...
