We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

The house is spacious, perfectly positioned in the village and has everything you could possibly want for a large family. We noted the comments about noise but it’s just the nature of a house with wooden floors and wasn’t an issue for us. "A family of 9 and 3 dogs, we stayed for a week. The property was lovely and catered for all our family needs. It is big and airy with plenty of seating for everyone. The utility room was a must, having 2 small children with us and it was great to have the hot tub to jump into after a busy day. The downsides were that there was very limited hanging space in the bedrooms and it would benefit from hooks on the back of the doors and a full length wardrobe in the bedrooms.
