"Enjoyed my stay at Gateway. Although the exterior and hallways give an institutionalized vibe, my studio room was absolutely wonderful. It was very functional and relaxing place to stay after a hardday skiing. I would stay there again. I did have some issues with an extension cord that was used to plug up appliances in the kitchen area. Also found the kitchen area, especially at night was dark and needed more light. Overall, a great place to stay! A great place to stay with easy walking access...

"This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

"The house was in a wonderful location. The downstairs bathroom was clean but it had a particular smell. We lit a candle and that seemed to help. There were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. We cleaned out the coffee maker before we used it. Other than those two things, the house was very nice! "

" I wanted to reach out express what a pleasure it was for us to stay in this lovely mountain home during peak ski season. The space was impressive, with four bedrooms, including two master suites with large connecting bathrooms. "We had an incredible family vacation in Heather and Marshall’s home. A true getaway, with unexpected spring snow, in a remote luxury cabin in the mountains. Marshall was a fantastic host and very friendly and helpful. Their snowshoe gear was such a treat, we were all able to hike St Mary’s glacier in the show and ice. The home was stupendous - Marshall’s cool memorabilia, the gorgeous interiors and the views, oh my gosh the views. The snow and remote feeling was magical. Can’t wait to come back...

"We enjoyed our family trip to visit with our siblings and their kids. We had four kids from 2-17 with us and two couples. The house has a beautiful view and plenty to do. It is not close to much at all, but that was fine for us because we were planning to mainly stay at the house and enjoy visiting. We did drive out to Winter park one day to tube. It was a beautiful but long drive. Golden is 30 minutes drive and we did go into town a couple times. We loved the pool table, darts,, playground, hot...

"We had a good stay at the Winter Park House. It was large enough to accommodate our large family, with bedrooms large enough to offer each family some privacy. The hosts were very responsive, even sending someone out to fill the hot tub within an hour of being requested. The garage was large enough to fit a few cars, which was nice to keep them insulated from the weather conditions and the ski racks and benches a plus! The house has radiant heat, and is consistently as warm as you could want...

"Great spot as a home base for some AIARE training on Berthoud"

"This is the second year we've stayed in this condo with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren (ages 10 & 12) for a family spring-break trip. It's very comfy and cozy to quote our grandson, who also appreciated the board games provided.Our daughter and her family own a condo nearby, so it's very convenient for us to go back & forth. Everyone enjoyed skiing during the day and group meals together in the evening around the large dining table. Just wish there were 2 pull-out sofas in the living...
