Arrived at 4:00PM and was told room is not ready and I have to wait another hour. 4 people arrived after that checked in with no issues. I tried to speak the guy at the reception and he ignored me and kept moving with other customers. I asked to speak to the manager and she declined pretending she is busy. Poor service and totally unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this hotel, rude service and super unprofessional to myself and my family
