"Feels fairly upscale, but does linger with cigarette smoke, like any casino hotel. The casino itself is a top-notch and upbeat place to play. The 34th floor pool with views just cannot be beat. "

"Lobby was very inviting. There is some wear and tear on the walls and in the hallways. Our room was a little musky, but overall cozy. Couch in king suite could use a cleaning. Spa tub in king suite could use a refinishing. It looked dirty, but found to be stained or scratched. The sauna was not working and the pool was ice cold. "I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…"

"The perfect place for our family to get a couple of days skiing without breaking the bank. The original room we were booked in was not fully cleaned, so the front desk person promptly gave us a new, clean room right next to the original one. She was working by herself that night and handled all of our and it looked like everyone else’s needs with grace and ease. We will be back."
