"Excellent property with all the amenities. Easy check-in and good communication. We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the cabin - they thought of everything. We would definitely stay again!"

The cozy living area features a leather couch that pulls out to a king-size bed, two reading chairs, a stunning stone fireplace, a 42” flat-screen TV, and access to the outdoor deck from the sliding glass doors.

"The cabin is nicely situated next to a stream, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. We never drove more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, from mountain hikes to downtown strolls. Highly recommend this place for your Breck adventure. One final note, it's rare to find a vacation rental with such comfortable beds!!"

"The home was cozy and comfortable in a convenient location. Very quiet in the evenings and felt private even though the homes are close together. David, our host, was extremely responsive to our needs. The loft area provided extra sleeping space (all the beds were very comfortable), and the kitchen was well-stocked with an especially nice selection of teas. "

"Quiet and comfortable stay in the mountains. Loved the feel of the house. Was upscale but also rustic. Highly recommend if you desire to be a little more secluded but very comfortable. Recommend picking up groceries in Evergreen if coming from Denver airport as there are not any grocery stores nearby. "

"The cabin was the perfect retreat , with privacy and amenities and convenience. The owner was great at being available when we had questions, and accommodating when we needed an early check in. Highly recommended "

"Nice place and literally across the street from the Campion Trail head. Very quiet neighborhood with many amenities. Definitely a pet friendly unit so if you have any kind of allergies, Benedryl is your friend."

"We snuck up to the Mts with our 15 year old son and dog. The snow and sun chalet was perfect!! Great location, clean, well equipped and very dog friendly!!! We will definitely be back!!"

"We had THE BEST, most relaxing weekend at this property! Being here during the fall allowed us to kick back and not have a care in the world. Our 14 and12-year-old loved having their own space in the loft and their own larger sized beds all to themselves. They were enjoying time with each other, playing board games and chilling out. "Absolutely beautiful property! The house is cozy and comfortable, and located right on the creek. Sleeping with the window open to hear the water was so relaxing. I loved coffee on the deck in the morning and the hot tub to unwind in the evening. The house is so close to town but you feel secluded. Kenny was an amazing host. I can’t wait to go back again "

"Pictures do not give you the overall condition of the property. Toilet seat lid hinge was broken. Two drawers broken, so couldn’t use for clothes. Ceiling fan didn’t work. There’s a sewer type smell in the kitchen area. The couch should be replaced as the cushions have no support. If the owner would spend a little money on upkeep, this cabin may be worth it. I do not believe VRBO should represent this property until these issues are fixed."
