"Really great long weekend location with reasonable rates. 2 queen beds were very comfortable. Cooking equipment and dinnerware were not fancy, but certainly adequate. Several extra pieces of sporting equipment (bike,, kayak) and big snow blower. Check in took a little longer as the instructions were a bit unclear and technology was a bit balky. That said, we got it cleared up with friendly help from the owner, Overall we would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!."

"John’s place was beyond what we could have imagined. when we first arrived, there were deer lounging in the backyard. The house itself was very cozy with plenty of space to spread out when needed. The fireplace and windows are spectacular! I wish we had more time to be physically hanging out in the house, but for the short time we were able to be there, it was a very relaxing retreat."

"I was nervous based on other reviews, but it appears the property manager has been listening. We had no issues with how the place was stocked: toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, and basic kitchen items (salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices, etc) were there. I would put it as in line with most rental properties. Layout of place is great: Bedroom w. sleeping for 3 on the bottom floor (and a full bath), master suite and a separate very large loft upstairs. Lots of mattresses sleeping pads: Loft...

"This property was perfect for our family Christmas. Beautiful all around. The home was cozy and roomy at the same time. Well decorated and everything we needed was there. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the game room was a big hit! Would love to stay here again in the summer."

"We had a quiet, really nice stay at this really comfortable cabin! It was very nice, with a gas fireplace, nice sized kitchen, a hot tub, plenty of parking and a nice walk to a small pond. It was set beautifully in the trees! A bit of a drive from town, but that made it more quiet! "
