"The hotel is in disrepair. The room looks nothing like the pictures posted. They closed the pool because they couldn't figure out how to schedule usage of it. The carpet in the rooms is from the 80s."

"We were in Cleveland for a family get-together. It is an older hotel, but very clean. The elevator is a bit clunky. Very nice staff, good basic breakfast. Nice touch in the lobby - warm cookies, popcorn. "
