"My shower valve was not working so I could not stand in the water. It was either freezing cold or scalding hot. Unacceptable IMO. The clerk said “I’m sorry!” Breakfast was good, beds were comfy so it was okay overall. "

"We stayed to sleep only. Breakfast was coffee, tea, oatmeal packets, granola bars, and prepackaged muffins…majority were blueberry. The room was clean, however needs major maintenance. No utensils or dishes. We had an extra guest…a huge cockroach! We smashed it and didn’t encounter any other. The pull out mattress was stained yellow so one of the guests slept on the sofa only. "First off, the staff here is great! Very friendly and helpful. There were some issues which were immediately addressed by staff, which is great ... but, there were issues regardless. "Front Desk was amazing! Every hotel was booked with major events going on in Cleveland- I found a room at this hotel and I was impressed with the client service and friendly attitude from everyone. There was a female working the front desk when I arrived and she deserves 5 Stars and a raise 😊"
