This was a lovely hotel on first impressions. But, it is in sore need of repair. Two of the four elevators were not functional and the one we rode in had no heat and was very cold. Our room did not have enough towels. The hot tub was broken. The room w the pool was unusually cold and the pool water was cold also. In the fitness room some machines were broken and none were hooked up to the TV as the cable was hanging from the outlet. We had no hot water in our shower and were told we had to go to a room on the first floor to take a shower. It proved to be an handicapped shower that was not clean Our security latch for our room was broken off. The maid did not even leave us fresh towels after we specifically asked her. When we asked about the poor upkeep, at front desk the lady said she did not know and only works there. When we booked this hotel it offered a free breakfast buffet. The day we arrived, we got a email that they are now charging for the buffet. They did honor the free buffet but it was very sparse. We were sorely disappointed in this Wyndham hotel and would never recommend it.
