"It was very convenient to shopping at the outlet mall. They are currently remodelling so there was some areas blocked off and there was remodeling things aroundcthe property. The staff was very friendly. Basic breakfast, cereal, waffles, juice, bread were available. It is in small area so it was very congested. Room was very clean with laminate flooring. Would definitely stay again."

"We have stayed at this property twice. Love the house, front porch all windows, view of manatee river is beautiful. Dolphins in the morning around 10:00 am. We will visit again in the fall. "

"While it was below freezing at home we had a great time sitting by the pool enjoying the sunshine and the view. Property is close to many shopping and dining options and is convenient to Sarasota and the beaches on Ana Maria Island. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. "

"We had a fantastic stay here. The house was perfect. We had a dinner party and our guests loved the property. The view was so tranquil and relaxing, the pool and hot tub were great and my husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted and we were able to host 8 people for dinner easily there were plenty of serving dishes and tableware.
