Thw man name Jeff was over accommodating snd upgraded our stay celebrating our Anniversary! Jeff was so helpful and so professional! He made us feel welcomed throughout our stay there and he needs to be recognized for an outstanding job! Because of him i was able to some what tolerant the room across from us with 2 nonstop barking dogs.

Everything about this hotel is perfect for us. This hotel is our go-to when we visit FL and when used to live there, it was recommended to our friends as a place to stay when they visited us. Reasonable pricing, great location due to being downtown, yet being a few blocks away it makes for a quiet area. Great walking distance to downtown, the Edge District, the Pier and any events by the water. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the restaurant, as the food came out cold and overcooked (and there's so many other places to explore and eat at). Overall, always a 5 star for us.
