"The resort is new (2021) and everything felt in excellent condition. Beach front area is very wide for the size of the resort, it never felt crowded. Service level felt higher than in other 5* Punta Cana resorts we travelled to. Food was consistently good and in great diversity, whether the buffet or the a la cart restaurants. Excellent facilities for kids of various ages (such as 3 pool areas for various age groups, in addition to the kids club), though a little limited for teens. The resort was close to capacity, yet the pool and beach areas never felt full/crowded, especially on the Excellence side of the resort. Weddings and events (e.g., graduation celebration) held almost every day during our stays, so expect larger groups and gatherings. I expect the resort was designed with generous sqft per guest, giving the sensation of quiet luxury. Evening events were a little boring, but also poorly attended (families with younger kids seemed retired for the evening). ~45min from the airport, further than the resorts on the Bavaro beach area."

"We enjoyed our stay. Pros - new resort, great pool and beach, fun shows each night, friendly staff cons - distance from airport, some things still being worked on, but wasn't a bother to us, smaller compared to other resorts and restaurants had to be reserved at midnight 48 hrs ahead of time. "
