"Excelente hotel. Mi única queja es que los personajes salen muy poco y por poco tiempo, y se supone que al ser uno de sus grandes atractivos para los niños pues deberían de hacer su aparación mas frecuente y por un tiempo prudente."

"First time to this all inclusive. We upgraded to the club package and we weren’t sorry. Our room had a great view of the ocean and overlooked the club pool. This resort had the best food of any resort we have ever stayed in. Our favorite bar was the Martini bar. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly and accommodating to anything we needed. We enjoyed the club side for the little quieter atmosphere. The entertainment in the evenings was superb!"

"We stayed on the El Beso side and had 2 rooms. One rooftop & one Swimout. No complaints about location or cleanliness. Plenty of food options. Staff was always polite. Grounds Crew were always out working. If rainy or real humid the tiles in front of room and around pool are slippery, so wear shoes with traction. Other than that I would recommend to anyone & would definitely come back. There was a nice balance with activities, quiet areas, party pool, quiet pool etc. something for everyone. "
