Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made everything so easy and stress-free. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the town center, making it convenient to explore local restaurants and shops. The only minor downside was that parking is in a separate area from the hotel, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic home base for our Monteverde adventure, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!"

"This was my 5th time staying at this resort and I can't imagine a better hotel for the money. This trip I brought 10 other friends along and they all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The updated rooms are large and comfortable. The views spectacular. We ate at the main restaurant and bar multiple times and the food was always good for the money. The multiple hot spring pools are a perfect way to end an adventurous day in the rain forest. "
