"Exceeded all expectations. I especially loved that the hotel staff moved my bags for me when I switched rooms (wanted to stay in a couple different themes). All I had to do was pack them up and once the room was ready, they moved it all. It was especially helpful since my second room was on the second floor. The robes in the room are VERY comfortable! "
