"Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"The rooms all have large beautiful windows and we appreciated all the day light. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood with many shops and dining options. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen and there is a food market right next to the building which was so convenient. We were in the apartment for 9 days during the Fringe which was wonderful. "

"LOVED IT! We loved everything about our stay at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The location is great, quiet and residential, yet just a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. The apartment is beautiful, just like a place that a character from a Hallmark movie would live in! And a Christmas tree! What a nice touch! The owners were 100% responsive, before, during, and after our stay. Stay here, you will love it as much as we did!"

"Location excellent. And, photos accurately show current condition. The manager/owner and I have had a constructive dialogue which I hope will improve his property, specifically, buying new mattresses (as the current ones are soft and sinking), adding hangers to the wardrobe, adding hooks for damp towels to hang, and, fixing the leak from the bathroom that resulted in damp conditions in the larger of the two bedrooms. Manager/owner was responsive to my concerns and cooperative. "

"The apartment was located in a very central location which was fantastic! We were able to walk to the majority of our sightseeing adventures. Unfortunately the water/pipes in the kitchen were loudly squeaking, disturbing the family throughout our 5-day stay. It also may be time to refresh some of the bedding; pillows, comforters, & sheets."

"We stayed at Gayfield Place the last week of September. The house is an easy walk from the Picardy Place tram stop and very close to St James Square which is a large shopping mall. You can store your luggage at customer service for a reasonable fee if your flight arrives early.The house is lovely. Its an older home with beautiful molding. The kitchen is large with full appliances. The lounge was nice with comfy furniture. There is a city bus stop in front of the house and an easy walk to the hop...
