Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. The cottage was very bright, clean and well supplied with home from home high standard facilities including bedding cutlery and crockery. Excellent heating system and ample storage space especially the “walk in wardrobes”. A pleasure to stay and obviously a host with a vision."

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"Mews Cottage is located near several very good restaurants as well as a beautiful park. We were able to walk through the park to museums and explore a bit of the west side of Glasgow by foot. The cottage itself was most comfortable and well equipped for meals."

The manager/owner and I have had a constructive dialogue which I hope will improve his property, specifically, buying new mattresses (as the current ones are soft and sinking), adding hangers to the wardrobe, adding hooks for damp towels to hang, and, fixing the leak from the bathroom that resulted in damp conditions in the larger of the two bedrooms. Manager/owner was responsive to my concerns and cooperative. "
