"Wow what an amazing experience we had at East twin cottage carmichael, the property is a little dated but very clean and in an amazing location. We had deer field for our back garden and we even witnessed a deer give birth just meters away from us on quite morning! They people who run the business are so friendly and helpful. "We checked in a little late but this was not a problem as we called ahead. We found Eagle Lodge with ease. The lodge was clean and everything we could need. However, we did have to purchase air freshener as the lodge had a strong musty smell but it soon disappeared once we had been there for a couple of day'. "The flat was exactly as advertised; well equipped for a family of four to be together while also having their own bedrooms for some personal space. Lots of extra touches to make us feel welcome, such a basket filled with Scottish snacks, tea/coffee. and a bottle of Prosecco. "After a long trip from Australia, this property was just the place to recover from jet lag. Its position was great for us as it is near the family we are here to see. It is also within easy walking range to the Westend and the Botanic Gdns. Comfortably furnished and well equipped. We are booking in again."

Our host was quick to respond to a very minor issue that was rectified the same day. The cottage is on a beautiful property, loved watching the cows walk by the fence line. We would love to return!"
