"We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street. "We had a wonderful stay at this house. He bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have our own bathrooms too. Spacious kitchen/living/dining and a lovely touch to have some pantry staples available too. Easy check in process. Very good location close to Arthur’s Seat and easy walk into town. "

"2 stories, enormous ceilings, outstanding kitchen and a bedroom room /laundry “annex” that would be the envy of anyone needing to give some kids their own space and get some clothes sparkling clean …suitable for anyone looking for extreme comfort in one of the worlds best cities !"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this excellent Marchmont flat. It's very well equipped and has everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Location is excellent. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed. Communication with Lynn was very good and she even let us check out later because no one was arriving the following day which was very helpful as we were meeting our family for brunch round the corner. We'd definitely recommend this flat."

"I was extremely pleased with this hotel. Each room has a kitchenette in it. The rooms are extremely quiet and come with blackout shades. It's located on the Royal Mile so you are surrounded by all sorts of shops, restaurants, etc. I felt very safe in this area. So many things to see -- very historic. "

"It's basically on the Royal Mile so it's super easy to get to & you won't get lost. When i went to bed, some girls had left the bathroom kind of gross, but when i got up in the morning, I was so happy to find that it had been cleaned up. People were pretty respectful of quiet places which is always appreciated. I was in a mixed room but i felt very safe, something I value as a single chick. Staff was very pleasant & asked if there was anything they could improve on my way out. It was a good experience all around! "

Great location, highly recommend

"Excellent location to explore the city from. Less than a five minute walk from Waverley station and walking distance to lots of the tourist attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite which was fantastic. The king size bed was really comfortable. Lovely free standing bath and huge shower in the bathroom. Great high quality toiletries too and the bathrobes and slippers were a lovely touch. Great room to unwind in after a day exploring the city. We didn’t use the gym as it looked small. Mainly cardio machines with a few free weights and no benches. But the pool was lovely and warm and the sauna and steam rooms were great to use after a swim. "
