"The property is well located for all activities in Edinburgh. We were greeted with a welcome hamper that was very thoughtful to our needs of a cup of tea and glass of wine and chocolate. The house is well appointed and immaculate. We had a great stay . Thank you"

"This is the Tophat place for a reason. Great location, great spacious house, great hosts. We had 9 of us there for almost a week; youngest was 17 oldest was 80. The five bedrooms each with on-suite bathrooms were tastefully decorated and well appointed. We all felt the hose offered all that we needed for our large family. "

"Our group greatly enjoyed our time in the city townhouse. Plenty of room and well stocked for a wonderful stay. We had an incredible time ringing in the new year together in this beautiful home. We had enough room in the home to have both private space and places for the group to spend time together. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Edinburgh with a group! "

"We had a lovely weekend in this stunning property. Prior to our arrival the host enquired about our requirements particularly with reference to parking. He provided detailed and accurate instructions for our arrival and for gaining access which got our stay off to a great start. To have parking for 2 cars is a huge advantage. "This was a great townhouse that worked well for our family of four (mom and three “kids” 16, 19, 22). Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, cute decor. We did have some issues with scalding shower water in the master bath and the clothes dryer not actually drying effectively, but the agency was very responsive so I expect those would be addressed for the next renters (I told them at departure). "Visiting with friends from the USA for the festival. Excellent location - very accessible for everything, with shops and cafes close by and a lovely, well appointed property. "The property was great, the location was perfect in west end, but the management company doesn’t do their job. I struggled to get any responses from them after multiple attempts over months to get check in information and didn’t manage to get any information until a few hours before check in when I had already landed in Edinburgh.
