"A great property with added bonus of free parking. The flat is exactly as described, and even nicer than the pictures. 20 min walk into the city and Ubers are easy to get. A great base for our little family pre-Christmas get together. "

"This property was adequate for our needs but nothing over the top. We had 5 in our group and that was too many for the space of this rental. We made do but I would not recommend utilizing the 5th person. Sharing a bathroom was tricky. Overall, the apt was clean but there was mold behind the kitchen sink. If you’re looking for a safe neighborhood, this fits the bill and check in process was very smooth. Communication with the owners was also top notch, they went out of their way to contact us...

"The flat is cute and close to the mile It is up a steep alley way, so not good for people with mobility issues. We immediately realized the instructions to turn on the boiler and heater were incorrect; (after calling we found out the switch is on the kitchen counter and not the bedroom closet). We turned on the boiler and the heat, and left for dinner. It was freezing when we returned, we assumed it just needed to heat up. We contacted the host the next day, no heat and the tv stick...

"This apartment was just what we wanted when looking to stay in Edinburgh. There were a few local restaurants and bars hidden amongst the apartments, within walking distance of many main attractions, and easy to find. The only thing I’d tell Americans, it’s the 2nd floor apartment (which is 1st level in Europe)."

"If you want to see what it’s like to live in the great city of Edinburgh when you visit, then this top floor flat near the Meadows is ideal. We enjoyed the proximity to the tourist aspects while enjoying the neighbourhood amenities (coffee shops, best fish and chips, groceries, close bus stops, good restaurants nearby). The flat is nicely furnished with very firm beds and the bonus of sinks in some bedrooms. Room darkening blinds were appreciated as it was light very late and early morning...

"Location was good, but this property needs a lot of uplift - couches look very old and dirty, top floor was creaking and making lot of noise when anyone would walk, door stoppers won’t work, and lights were very dull."

"This was the perfect location if you want to be in the center of it all! it was very walkable to dining and shopping and to popular landmarks. The staff was very friendly and changed our room after we realized that their standard king isn’t actually a king by USA standards. So since I went with my sister they moved us to a very large room with two Twin comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the little perks like complementary snacks, beverages (even alcohol) and coffee and tea. Overall I would recommend 10/10 if you’re staying in Edinburgh! "

"The location was amazing walkable to everything to the castle to the stores and restaurants, the rooms very pretty and big the breakfast was good and the staff in the hotel very friendly and helpful especially Ed hes very good at his job and friendly "

"We were able to walk to all the main attractions; so convenient. The hotel is very new so everything was in perfect condition. The towels are extra thick, the beds extra comfortable and the care to make sure everything is clean and well stocked was obvious. Plus we have to shout out the staff. The went above and beyond to make sure we were always professionally taken care of. 10/10"
