"I love this hotel and it's my normal hotel for when I visit the RDU area, but this will be my last time because they now have signs in the parking lot indicating they will be charging to park which I feel is ludicrous. If I am paying to stay here that should include parking. I could see if the hotel was downtown where parking is limited, but it's not downtown, so no, this is my last stay at this location. "

"Arrived at hotel at 1 AM as this was a layover stop and even though it was paid for on Hotels.com, the hotel said it was not paid for. Check in took much longer than should have due to this and is not what we want to be doing at 1 AM after driving for hours. Had to chat with Hotels.com for them to contact the hotel. But otherwise that was fine."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly, nice, helpful. We arrived late and the gentleman at the front desk gave us directions to our room, then met us at the door to hold open the door so we could unload our luggage without struggling with the door. The bed was firm, but perfect for us! Overall the room was comfortable. We noticed a few issues that needed to be fixed and pointed them out to the staff. They thanked us and stated that they would get them fixed that day. We were checking out, so...

"The hotel staff (Tory) was very nice and helpful. She appeared to be the only staff there most of the time. The hotel was in the process of renovation. The room appeared to be done, but the lobby was under construction. I wish Hotels.com had mentioned this. It resulted in several amenities being unavailable. However on the upside, the room was very fresh and beautifully clean. One or two things had not been installed correctly and I hope they check the rooms (I did report, i.e. the dead bolt...
