"Awesome location in Cary! Room was nice, but disappointed with the hard bed and poor quality bath towels. The hallways and lobby are in desperate need of renovation. The halls have an Overlook (The Shining) vibe. Only street parking, with very few reserved spaces. The staff needs some serious training on customer service at a boutique hotel. Can’t beat the location on Cary’s world class park and emerging old town scene. "

"The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel couldn’t help it but there was street noise with people cursing and yelling due to a club next door past midnight. It made it difficult to get sleep. "

"I was so pleasantly surprised gorgeous small hotel. The restaurant chef, food and staff are exceptional and made our Friday night dinner ultra special. The food is authentic Italian with a touch of southern charm. As a regular traveler to Italy-Capri, who knew I would find a Napoli server in Chapel Hill. The beds are wonderful and I slept like a baby. I cannot wait to return to this lovely town and stay at the Sienna again. Grazie Mille Chef Bob for making me and my guests feel so...

"Staff welcoming & helpful. Valet parking was well worth it as streetside parking was difficult near the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom & shower spotless! Bonus was our corner room with a view of the Christmas festival & tree lighting going on. Enjoyed the art museum aspect as well. Just a 5 minute walk from DPAC & many restaurant choices. Would highly recommend! "

"Perfect location for my trip. Guest services staff was very professional. I had to extend my stay due to Hurricane Milton and I found the staff was very accommodating. I did have an issue with the toilet in my room. The tank would not refill completely after flushing and would not shut off. Someone was sent to address the problem. Unfortunately it was a temporary fix. "
