"If your looking for hotel for a few nights up in the goldcoast this is a good option. You really cant complain much when its right across from the trams and only around 15 minute walk from the main beach and main shopping area. Only thing is the bathrooms are a little outdated and the shower was cold most of the time but apart from that it was pretty good and functal. "This is the second stay and it was as enjoyable as the first. Despite the resort being quite busy, the rooms were quiet. It was terrific to have undercover parking close by, what with the ongoing rain. The pools were great and uncrowded and the area was well lit at night so it felt safe to walk around.The units are well appointed with everything you need, and it was lovely to have a balcony with a view. Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly.The guests were kindly and behaved responsibly...

"Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away "
