"I stayed at the Campbell Street property in Sydney prior to the Melbourne location. The king’s street location in Melbourne seems newer, modern and cleaner. The staff at the Campbell location appeared more courteous."

I had messaged the property twice asking for instructions to use their airport shuttle service but didn't receive any reply. I ended up having to find my own way there by Uber. Cleaning was first class and the facilities were good in the apartment. The entrance to the hotel is very underwhelming and not well signposted. "
