"Great location. Can Uber anywhere around town for next to nothing. Staff were always happy and friendly. Our toilet seat was broken and no lock on the bathroom door, but we had a family room and didn’t bother saying anything about it. Although I should have told them bout the toilet seat cos now I feel bad for the next lot of ppl that payed for that room. Will definitely make this hotel my first option when going back to Melbourne, can’t beat the price. "

"Stayed there as we were attending a concert at the ICC in Darling Harbour. Location was perfect. Very close to Town Hall and very short walking distance to Darling Harbour. Staff were so friendly and our room was clean, comfortable and a great size. Would definitely stay there again. "

The reception were very helpful, The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, and great to have a pool to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. Highly recommend and really enjoyed our stay! "

The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "
