"Best bits of this hotel - easy self check in and check out. Everything else is really quite basic which corresponds the price. It is great if you need to stay somewhere as you wait over for a flights in Edinburgh. Tram stops are in a walkable distance, or we just walked to the centre - I think it took us less than hour. "In my opinion, there were two drawbacks to this property. First, there is no one on the property to answer questions or offer advice. Not even a phone number. They don't offer breakfast and we did not see any place in the area to get breakfast. And there was no one who could advise us which direction to go to get food. Second, our room was on the top floor (three levels up) and there is no elevator. We are in our late 70s and dragging luggage for 30 days. Not their problem, but it would...

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly friendly, it was easily accessible from the city centre by the number 7, 14 or 11 buses and it’s quiet.
