"The hotel looks stunning, bus stop outside that takes you in the city centre in 10 minutes. Lovely setting plenty of alternative car parks in the ground, might be awkward parking when the University is open. Right by Arthurs Seat which is a must to do for fantastic views over the city. "

"We had a great nights stay on the ocean Mist, the staff were great and very knowledgeable on the local area, where best to eat. It was also good to get a run down on the history of the boat. Very easy to get the Tram 5 mins walk away to the city centre. We. Would highly recommend the boat to stay on. Thanks folks. John & Chris Johnston 👍"

"The stay was excellent. Only a night to catch up with a friend and a bit of Christmas shopping before heading home. The staff, bar, breakfast area were all very good. The room was lovely and a good size and very comfortable bed. The ensuite was spotlessly clean and a very good shower. We will come back!"

"Staff very helpful and friendly and made every effort to change my room to one with walk in shower due to small fracture in my back. Restaurant good menu choice. Breakfast selection very good, except bacon which became hard while keeping warm. Orange/apple juice machine produced weak odd tasting drink! Coffee selection very good. Will definitely stay again when visiting brother in Edinburgh."
